Center City’s Hot Chicken Spot

Asad’s Hot Chicken Spring Garden sits at 1519 Spring Garden St — directly across from Community College of Philadelphia, on the edge of Center City and a few blocks from the museum district. Downtown lunch runs, post-class platters, a late plate after a night out: covered.

This was our Center City debut — the 13th Asad’s, opened December 2025, with lines out the door from day one. Same deal as every location: Nashville-style hot chicken fried fresh to order, 100% halal, six spice levels from No Spice to Scorchin’.

Dine in, grab pickup, or get delivery anywhere downtown. Open till 1 AM on weeknights and 3 AM on Friday and Saturday.
